Covid and Cleaning...

Sadly, things have changed and so must we.
We have always paid great attention to our cleaning processes.
This has been a constant source of positive feedback for us and so we are really aware of how important this is to our guests.
Now with the current covid situation we will still be providing our particularly high levels of cleanliness but with an additional emphasis on anti bacterial cleaning.

Where we used to provide a welcome pack with some foods, we now provide cleaning products and hand sanitiser. We still provide tea, coffee, coffee capsules but these are now whole new packs and they have been stored for several days before being placed in the house.

Our cleaners will be paying special attention to sanitising high tough areas such as light switched, hair dryers, remote controls, door handles etc etc.

Our check in process is none contact.
We have removed our guest book and placed the information leaflets in a sealed box.

We have completed a risk assessment to try to ensure the best possible practices for cleaning and minimum risk to you, our guests and also for our cleaning staff.

We will not approach you during your stay though you are very welcome to phone 07854 107 883, email info@ebutler.co .uk or WhatsApp 07854 107 883 us if you need any information or assistance.

We will place online an instruction manual for all appliances.

We have a ‘no contact’, key collection and self check in process

We have cleaned and sanitised everywhere including…..

We have sprayed an anti bacterial spray throughout the house
Treated the wheelie bin lid, and bin store doors contact points
Treated the keysafe and keys
BBQ handles
Door handles
Light switches
Remote controls
Hair dryers
All touch surfaces, handrails, high chairs, etc etc
We left the guest book and information sheets in a plastic box which has been cleaned, you can choose to view these or leave them in the box

We have provided hand sanitiser, antibacterial spray, surface wipes etc for your use

We have provided you with a small welcome pack, all items have either been stored in a cold fridge or store room for at least 5 days prior to your arrival, though you might choose to take additional steps with these items if you wish.

Previously we would provide some food items such as fresh bread, biscuits, fruit etc however, we consider that some guests might not appreciate these at this time though we now provide the additional cleaning and sanitiser products for you to use or keep as you wish. (strange times, strange gifts)

Other safety points :
We have completed a legionella check and review during any vacant periods in the property.

Feedback from our first AirBnB guest......
"Our stay at DevonAir was great. The place is finished to an incredibly high standard and fully equipped with all you need (kitchen appliances, bathroom bits, hairdryers, guide books etc.) and so well located just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk to town. Geoff and Karen were friendly, helpful, communicative, offered us tips on where to go and were around for check-in, check-out and also on hand for our questions and queries. Also left us a welcome pack of essential food bits and treats which was really nice. All in all a great stay and we would love to go back!"
